GENERAL TERMS: All military artifacts are offered with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE as to the item's authenticity (for additional stipulations see below) . A FIVE DAY inspection period and full money back guarantee, less postage, if returned within the stated time period in the same condition as sent. Cassette tapes, VHS tapes, DVDs, CD's and books may be returned only if defective and then only for exchange of identical item (five day inspection period applies). 

Brandenburg Historica assumes no responsibility for audio-visual items deemed by us to have been damaged through faulty handling by customer or playing on customer’s audio-visual equipment. Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days of receipt unless requested sooner by the customer. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT: All money orders, certified checks, personal checks and bank drafts must be made payable in US funds To: Brandenburg Historica LLC. Personal checks are subject to prior bank clearance (five to ten business days) before your order will be shipped. We must have your full name and telephone number for all credit Card orders. All Militaria/Collectibles must be paid for with Personal Check, Bank Draft or Money Order . We are sorry but to high bank fee’s no Credit Cards are accepted for the purchase of one of a kind i.e.: Militaria, historical collectibles or Antique items. Additionally the return of merchandise paid for by credit card may be subject to a 5% bank/service charge.

SHIPPING: Please consult our chart below. Rates shown are for domestic (US and Canada) insured parcels. The chart is only a guideline as high value, bulk items, large books and Foreign orders may be required to add additional postage. Please inquire before ordering. US Express mail, UPS, DHL and Airborne delivery are available for an additional charge. We assume no responsibility for international shipments lost or damaged in transit. Please inquire for detailed shipping rates. Foreign customers may be required to pay customs and excise taxes on their purchases based on the total value of the order (including shipping and insurance) to their home country.

BACKORDERS: We endeavor to ship within 48 hours for in stock items, (4-6 weeks for backordered items) but occasionally we may experience delays of up to 6-12 weeks on some specially imported Video, Book & Music CD titles.

RETURNS: Military Collectibles must be returned to us via insured accountable mail within the applicable inspection period. Merchandise must be unaltered in any way or your refund is voided and the item will be returned and / or you will be charged with a damage fee.

GUARANTEE: All Military & Historical Collectibles are warranted to be period of issue unless specified and come with a Lifetime  Guarantee as to authenticity (unless stated). Buyer must prove the item is not as described / Authentic and document said claim in writing by a recognized authority in their field. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent. Failure to comply with these stipulations may result in the nullification of the buyers return privileges.
